Why outsourcing is so important

Why you need outsourcing

How many hours do you have in a day? 18 if you only sleep six hours and 16 if you sleep a full eight. Crazy to think that in the end you may not actually have as much time as you need to get stuff done. Then you have to figure in cooking/eating. the gym, kids (if you have them) and all of the tasks that you need to get done for the day.

What is outsourcing

Essentially, paying someone else to do something you need done, but at a more financially reasonable price.  Entrepreneur.com wrote a really good article about the importance of it that you can find here.

Why you need it

If you look at the first paragraph, you’ll see that your main constraint will always be time. So, you need the time back to grow your business. Whether you need an email campaign built, a logo designed or a website built, outsourcing can take care of it all.

Where can I hire freelancers to outsource to

That is a great question, here are some of my favorite places to look:

These are just a few, but they are my favorite and they are also a good place to find clients. Make sure you do your research, affordable does not always mean quality, so you need to put the time in to sort for the best match.

Do you have anyone you recommend

Funny you should ask, I do! His name is Warren and he is amazing at what he does. I hired him on Fiverr to do some Instagram hashtag research. I had been doing a lot of it on my own, but I wanted to get a second opinion and see what other experts thought. He did not disappoint. I highly recommend him, if you are interested in working with him, you can reach out to him on his Fiverr profile.

Conclusion

Your time is valuable and you shouldn’t be spending it on every little task. You can’t grow your business if you’re always buried in trivial things that someone one else can do much quicker  and better than you. Yes, it does cost more money, but in the long run it saves you time, and you can use that to gain more clients or sell more products. So, if you play your cards right, you’ll come out ahead.
